We stayed here for about a week. The rooms are the best I’ve stayed in Tulum, and I love how it’s set far off the Main Street. Very quiet, very clean. You also can access their beach as well.
We stayed here for two night in the jungle. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Especially loved basically showering in the forest (don’t worry there is glass between you and the trees). I especially want to mention the staff at the front desk. They went above and beyond for us. There was an incident where our previous hostel in Cancun had not returned our passports when we checked out (don’t stay at Selina Cancun Downtown) and did absolutely nothing to help us get them back. The team at Roc Tulum went out of their way to help us get them back and we will be forever grateful for their help and kindness. Thank you!
We had an absolutely exceptional experience during our 3 night stay. We stayed at the Jungle tree house and it was beautiful, better than the photos. Coming in we had a couple small issues with the room, but Julio arranged to get everything fixed very quickly. The pool area is breathtaking. Breakfast is included and consists of orange juice, coffee and a plate of fruits, which is perfect for this climate. They also offer free 24/7 transportation between the lobby and jungle rooms, which is an awesome bonus. Alexander, our driver was the sweetest and most accommodating person. Overall, amazing experience and would absolutely recommend.
Gorgeous hotel! Alan at the front desk and the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.
